•We have 1 year guarantee period for our installation services.

•If you are not satisfied with the work carried out, you must contact us, within the 1 year (12 months) period from the completion of the work and let us come to inspect the work and carry out any remedial work at our expense.

•If you do not contact us within the 1 year period, we shall have no liability.

•The one year guarantee is for installation services only, so in case of any problems with the installation carried out, we will return and resolve the problem free of charge. Our responsibility does not cover damages/problems caused by faulty fixtures/fittings/ appliances. In these cases the responsibility will lie with the manufacturer.
